FAQ

  1. Q.Can I check in before check-in time?

    Although we cannot guarantee as it is subject to availability of the room you have booked, if you let us know in advance, we will have your room ready before others.

  2. Q. Can you keep my luggage?

    Yes. We can keep your luggage at the front desk. Extra charge is required if you wish to have your luggage kept before check-in day or after check-out day. Please contact us for details.

  3. Q.Can I request a room on a higher floor? Can I book two rooms on the same floor or near each other?

    Although we cannot guarantee as it is subject to availability of the rooms and status of booking by other guests, we will try our best to accommodate your request if there are any vacancies.

  4. Q. Can you arrange a taxi for me?

    Yes. If you already know what time you wish to take a taxi, please ask the front desk at least a day in advance. If you book on the day you wish to take a taxi, you may not be able to get one immediately. For a wagon-type taxi and a taxi from/to the airport, please ask the front desk at least two days in advance. Please let us know the number of persons and luggage items at the time of booking.

  5. Q. Can I have my items sent to a specified address?

    Yes, we can arrange for your items to be shipped to destinations inside Japan. As we handle only cash-on-delivery parcels, please make sure the recipient is ready to pay the shipping fee upon delivery. We do not handle overseas shipments.
